From team building games to session intelligence
Team Building Bot is built by Superglue Games, a European team that has been helping remote and hybrid teams work better together since 2023. We started with multiplayer games designed around collaboration, communication, and strategy, guided by trained facilitators.
Every time we ran a session, the debrief conversations revealed deep insights about team communication, decision-making, and leadership dynamics. Coaches and L&D professionals started asking if we could formalize those insights into structured data they could use with their clients.
That question led us to build a reporting layer on top of our sessions, combining NLP audio-analysis with behavioral coding frameworks. The reports worked, and then a second question came up: could we make this work for any online session, not just ours?
Team Building Bot is the answer. A meeting bot that joins any online session, listens to how people communicate, and generates structured individual and team reports. No platform switch, no new tools for participants, no recordings. Just the insights coaches need to lead better debriefs.

Superglue Games is a remote-first team of designers, developers, and facilitators based in Europe. We have been building tools for online collaboration since 2023, and we work with coaches, trainers, and HR teams across time zones.
