This page covers the marketing site at teambuildingbot.com only. The actual product (the meeting bot, scheduler, and report delivery at app.teambuildingbot.com) is governed by a separate agreement with each client.
1. Who we are
Team Building Bot is operated by Munde Group Kft. (company no. 13-09-219738), registered at Váci út 49, VI. emelet, 1134 Budapest, Hungary. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect
When you submit the beta signup form, we collect:
- Your email address
- The timestamp of the signup and your browser user-agent string (used only to investigate abuse)
If you accept cookies, we also load Google Analytics 4 (property G-7E4MB6LP6N) and Google Tag Manager, which set their own cookies and may collect IP-derived location and usage data. If you reject cookies, neither is loaded.
3. How we use it
- To add you to our "Team Building Bot Beta" audience in Resend (our email provider) so we can keep you informed about the beta.
- To send you a confirmation email and, later, beta-program updates.
- To notify our team that someone signed up.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Processors
- Resend stores your email and delivers our messages. See Resend's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and may log request metadata for security and reliability.
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager (only if you accept cookies). See Google's privacy policy.
5. Retention
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it, or until the beta program ends and we close the audience.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To unsubscribe from the beta list or have your record removed, email contact@superglue.games or reply to any email we send you. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will also be communicated by email to people on the beta list.
